Fumiaki Goto, born in 1980, began his career working for the senior registered architect firm MORIYOSHI NAOTAKE ATELIER in Japan. He later migrated to Europe and completed a master’s program at the Design Academy Eindhoven in the Netherlands in 2009. Gaining experience at Studio Suppanen in Finland, he returned to Japan and, since 2010, has been an integral part of the design collective “bril” while concurrently pursuing his career as a freelance designer. In 2012, Fumiaki Goto was invited to showcase his work at the international trade fair Ambiente in Frankfurt. Notably, in 2013, he participated in the Residency Project in Sweden as an internationally invited artist.
