Free shipping on all orders over €20
Other countries
The shipping cost depends on the destination and the order; the higher the amount, the lower the cost. In this way you never pay too much and you don’t have to fill your shopping cart unnecessarily to reach a threshold amount.
The prices are valid for a package of up to 50x50x20 cm and 5 kg.
For larger and heavier parcels, you will receive a quote for the shipping.

For shipping with UPS or DHL Express, please ask us for a quote.
VAT and import duties
When shipping to countries outside the European Union, and for a goods amount of more than 135 GBP to the United Kingdom, the VAT and import duties have to be paid by the buyer at delivery and orders at Design Daily’s are excluding VAT.
Pay safely
You can pay safely with the most common methods. During checkout you can select your preferred way to pay.
Delivery time
A large part of the collection is in stock and despatched in 1-2 business days. If a product is sold out and the despatch will take longer, you will be notified. The delivery times are indicated on the product pages.
Return procedure
You have 30 days to decide if you want to keep the product. Within that period, you may return the product and the purchase price will be refunded*.

The goods must be packed well and the parcel must be sufficiently franked. We will refuse un-franked parcels. Until we have received the goods back, you are responsible for loss or damage. We recommend you keep a proof of shipment.
After receiving the product in good condition, you will be paid back within two weeks.
