The forging process follows traditional methods, where the steel is heated to 1050°C and then slowly cooled to achieve a perfect balance of hardness and elasticity. The blue-polishing process further densifies the surface, enhancing rust resistance. Additionally, fine brushing gives the knives an elegant finish.
Each knife features a hollow handle filled with quartz sand, providing perfect weight distribution and balance. The micro-serration guarantees exceptional sharpness and long-lasting performance.
