Ontwerper: Designlibero
DesignLibero is the collaborative effort of Libero Rutilo, a graduate in Industrial Design from the University of Montreal in 2005, who previously worked with Alessando Mendini. The other half is Ekaterina Shchetina, born in Krasnodar (Russia), with a background in Fine Arts. In 2012, they established their studio, DesignLibero, in Milan. Their work has received international acclaim, earning prestigious awards and inclusion in museums like La Triennale.

De Tomahawk serie is gemaakt en gedraaid van stukken uit de Moerbei-boom, de Mulberry. De insnedes zijn de restanten van inslagen van een Tomahawk (bijl). De ontwerpers gebruiken hun eigen oppervlakte-technieken, waaronder Titaniumoxide. De vaas is geschikt voor droge takken of , bij gebruik van een geschikt glas , bloemen.
